Valley Food Storage offers our clients a 30 day return policy. If you are within 30 days of purchase, send us an email at [email protected]. Only upon confirmation and approval of your return from a Valley Food Representative, send your item to: Valley Food Returns 5153 Stoneham Rd, North Canton, OH 44720 USA.
Food items
We will process a return and refund the cost of unused food, if the food is returned in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-food items
To be eligible for a return, your unused and unopened items must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from returns, such as Gift Cards.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once approved, your refund will be processed; please allow 3-5 business days for bank processing time.
Final Sale items (if applicable)
Final Sale and Clearance items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please email us at [email protected] and with a photo and description of the damage.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a e-gift card will be emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, the purchaser will need to initiate the return.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 5153 Stoneham Rd North Canton, OH 44720. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We also reserve the right to apply a 20% restocking fee for large orders. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item valued over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
