Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and charged your credit card for the purchase. If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will reach out to you via e-mail. Any free shipping offers only apply to the lower 48 US states, call for details. Orders shipping outside the lower 48 US states are available for purchase upon request and at the expense of the customer – any duty and import taxes are paid by the customer. Valley Food Storage reserves the right to choose the most economical method of shipment. Should a customer request a different method of delivery, the customer would be held responsible for the shipping cost.
Order Shipment
If your order is in stock it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at info@valleyfoodstorage.com
Backorders: If you order items labeled as currently backordered, we will ship the items out as soon as the product becomes available.
Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to support@valleyfoodstorage.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds
If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. Please see https://valleyfoodstorage.com/return-policy/ for full Refund Policy.
PO Boxes
Most of of our shipments are too large to fit inside PO boxes. This can cause delays in your shipment or your package to be returned to us. We are not responsible for additional shipping costs associated with returned packages. Please check with your PO box provider before using this as a shipping address for your order.
Delivery
Please be aware that once the package leaves the warehouse, it is the responsibility of the carrier to make sure you receive your package. If your address was provided incorrectly or the carrier is unable to contact you via the provided phone number with questions, your package may be returned to us. We are not responsible for additional shipping costs associated with returned packages.
Freight
Some orders are too large to be shipped with a regular carrier. These orders have to be delivered on a pallet by a private trucking company. This shipping method is reserved for only orders that require it. All other orders will offer available shipping options during checkout.
Returns
Valley Food Storage offers our clients a 30 day return policy. If you are within 30 days of purchase, send us an email at info@valleyfoodstorage.com. Only upon confirmation and approval of your return from a Valley Food Representative, send your item to: Valley Food Returns 5153 Stoneham Rd, North Canton, OH 44720 USA.
Food Items
We will process a return and refund the cost of unused food, if the food is returned in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-Food Items
To be eligible for a return, your unused and unopened items must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from returns, such as Gift Cards.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once approved, your refund will be processed; please allow 3-5 business days for bank processing time.
Final Sale
Final Sale and Clearance items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please email us at info@valleyfoodstorage.com and with a photo and description of the damage.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a e-gift card will be emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, the purchaser will need to initiate the return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 5153 Stoneham Rd North Canton, OH 44720. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We also reserve the right to apply a 20% restocking fee for large orders. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item valued over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is posted, typically 3-5 business days. If you’ve taken these steps, please contact us at info@valleyfoodstorage.com.
Most freeze-dried food companies pack their food with artificial fillers to deceivingly increase their calorie count. We DO NOT do this. We pride ourselves on offering you nutrient-rich calories with no GMO’s or artificial ingredients.

The best dehydrated milk I have ever tried. Great taste. Can not tell the difference from store bought milk. The beef was wonderful. You can tell it is a quality product. We will definetly start buying food storage products from Valley Foods. The purchasing options are a huge plus. We called and had several questions, Frank was very helpful and we appreciated the great customer service.
Storing for emergency
My friend was moving and needed somewhere to put his storage food. I was curious and went through the silver packages reading the meal names. Curiosity won and I made a pack if the Mango Habanero Chili... I was so shocked that it was emergency food. I ground up some beef before my family got home and they swore I cooked it (I can make a mean chili, just saying). So I helped my self to try the Potato de'Juior (misspell) ... potato soup. -- Amazing! I added cod fish filets dill **** lemon pepper and garlic and it tasted like a chowder! The flavor and quality of the food is healthier than the stuff at the grocery store. You can understand the ingredients ... and you can taste it. * I have not purchased it yet but I did eat it... Im back to buy this for my own home. Prices are great especially when it comes to the quality.
All of the food that I've purchased from Valley has been excellent and as soon as I'm done packing and moving I will be buying more. Also everyone that I've worked with here has been extremely helpful and takes the time to actually educate me instead of just trying to convince me to buy. Their articles are also helpful.
