Shipping policy

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and charged your credit card for the purchase. If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will reach out to you via e-mail. Any free shipping offers only apply to the lower 48 US states, call for details. Orders shipping outside the lower 48 US states are available for purchase upon request and at the expense of the customer – any duty and import taxes are paid by the customer. Valley Food Storage reserves the right to choose the most economical method of shipment. Should a customer request a different method of delivery, the customer would be held responsible for the shipping cost.


Order Shipment

If your order is in stock it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at [email protected]
  1. Backorders: If you order items labeled as currently backordered, we will ship the items out as soon as the product becomes available.

Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to [email protected] and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.


Cancellations & Refunds
