Monday, March 30th Update:
To ensure the health and safety of our employees and our customers we have a few important updates:
- Our office staff has been working fully remote for the past two weeks. Please be patient with customer service response times. They are currently working 8:30am-5pm EST M-F. Please EMAIL in any inquiries and please do not email more than once on the same request. Response times are currently 1-2 business days.
- The State of Ohio has issued a "Stay At Home" Order. As a critical and essential business our warehouse continues to receive inventory and ship orders daily. We are taking extra precautions in the warehouse by working multiple shifts with less staff per shift to encourage social distancing and performing extra cleaning and sanitization in the facility.
- We are seeing shipping times from major carriers slow. Please be patient with deliveries once you receive your shipping confirmation notice.
